🛠️ Installation & Compatibility
1. Is my device compatible with this watch face? How can I check?
This watch face requires Wear OS 5.0 or above (it does not support proprietary systems like Huawei LiteOS or Xiaomi RTOS).
To check compatibility:
- Visit Watch Support to search your watch model and verify if it is supported.
- Confirm that your phone and watch are logged into the same Google account.
- You can also check the Google Play Store on your phone or watch to see if the watch face is available for installation.
2. What should I do if I see a “Device isn’t Compatible” warning?
If your watch model is listed as supported on Watch Support but you still see this warning, it usually means your watch system version is outdated.
Google requires all watch faces published on the Play Store to support the latest Wear OS versions.
Please:
- Check your Wear OS system version (see How do I check my watch system version?).
- If your system is outdated, update it via Settings > Software update.
- Ensure your phone and watch are signed into the same Google account.
- After updating and confirming your account, try installing the watch face again.
3. How do I check my watch system version?
Most “Device isn’t Compatible” issues happen due to outdated Wear OS versions.
To use this watch face, your watch must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Wear OS 5.0 or higher — required to install the watch face now.
- Wear OS 6.0 or higher — required to install any new watch face from the Play Store after November 1, 2025 (per Google’s policy).
To check your Wear OS version (Samsung Galaxy Watches):
- On your watch, open Settings
- Tap About watch
- Tap Software information
- Look for Wear OS version — confirm it is 5.0 or higher (or 6.0 if after Nov 1, 2025).
If your version is below these requirements, please update your watch under Settings > Software update.
4. How do I install the watch face?
There are three main ways to install:
- From your phone: Open Google Play, select your watch, and tap Install.
- From your watch: Search for the watch face in the Play Store and install it directly.
- Using a companion app (if available): Tap “Install” in the app to trigger installation on your watch.

- Make sure the installation finished successfully.
- Open your phone’s Wearable App 📲 (e.g., Pixel Watch, Galaxy Wearable, or Fossil Smartwatch) and check if the watch face appears in the list.

Most watch faces allow customization by:
- Long-pressing the watch face on your smartwatch.
- Tapping the settings icon or “Customize.”

7. How do I add or modify complications?
- Long-press the watch face, then tap “Customize.”
- Scroll to the section labeled “Complications” or “Widgets.”
- Tap a slot and choose your preferred data (e.g., battery, weather, calendar).
8. Can I change the color theme or appearance of the watch face?
Yes, if the watch face supports themes:
- Long-press the face and select “Customize.”
- Look for a “Color” or “Theme” option to choose your preferred style.
9. The step count or other functions aren’t working—what should I do?
- Ensure your watch has permission to access sensors and activity data.
- Restart your watch and check for system updates.
- Make sure power-saving or battery optimization settings are not disabling sensor use.
- If the issue persists, try uninstalling the watch face and reinstalling it from the Play Store.

10. What should I do when switching to a new watch?
While some devices support transferring data from your old watch using a migration tool, this process may cause issues with watch face data.
To ensure the best experience:
- Reinstall the watch face manually on your new watch via the Play Store.
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
- After installation, reconfigure your watch face settings or complications as needed.
11. Do I need to repurchase the watch face on a new device or account?
No. As long as you use the same Google account, your purchase is valid across devices. You will not be charged again.
12. I already purchased it, but it asks me to buy it again—why?
This usually happens when:
- You’re logged into a different Google account.
- Play Store hasn’t recognized your previous purchase due to a sync issue.
Please try:
- Logging into the correct Google account.
- Restarting your watch and phone.
- Clearing the cache for the Play Store app.
